Hi, I’m Matteo, your local home baker.

Each weekend, I slow-make seasonal sourdough bread, focaccia, pastries using organic ingredients: to support soil health, and small farmers, and satisfy and nourish the palate.

Alongside my bakes, I sell a few carefully chosen Deli items from the UK and Italy.
